Marketing Executive – Influencer Outreach

Role requirements

 

Identify, outreach, and engage with key social media influencers to increase brand awareness, social engagement, and traffic to the BEAUTY BAY website
Deliver tactical and brand led campaigns, meeting set KPIs and objectives
Act as a brand ambassador for the Influencer and Brand team both internally and externally, maintaining and developing strong relationships
­Campaign management tasks such as maintaining a database of influencers, populating a gifting log, liaising with operational staff, and ensuring the accounts process is followed
Lead organic gifting campaigns targeting a curated list of content creators to provide an input of user generated content and raise brand awareness, meeting set KPIs and objectives
Contribute to trend focussed meetings, identifying key trends within the beauty influencer space and wider industry insights
Weekly and monthly reporting of influencer channel performance with actionable insights
Exhibit strong cross channel communications to ensure relevant channels are aligned with the Influencer department
Ongoing liaison and positive interaction with the Account Management, New Business, and Product Development Teams to co-ordinate the sourcing of samples, allocation and packing
The ideal candidate:

 

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Passionate about all thing’s beauty!
A commercial mind-set with a strong understanding of the importance of influencer marketing
Ability and ambition to develop and maintain strong working relationships with influencers and colleagues
Excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills
Will feel confident in using their initiative
Minimum 1-2 year’s industry experience
