Social media influencer marketing platform Influencer has announced it has secured £3 million in Series A funding which will be used to drive new innovations and increase global expansion.

Co-founded in 2017 by YouTube creator Casper Lee and Ben Jeffries who leads as CEO of the company, Influencer has grown into one of the fastest developing influencer marketing platforms in the space. Backed by some of the world’s largest creators, Influencer is currently growing at 420% year-on-year and is already working with some of the leading global brands, including Boohoo, Alibaba, Pepsi, Starbucks, Uber Eats, PrettyLittleThing and many more.

In terms of expansion, Adam Ludwin, co-founder of search intelligence company Captify and growth marketing agency Inflecto Media was recently brought in as Director of the Board. In addition, Influencer is set to open its first US office in New York with further expansion plans set for the West Coast over the next 12 months.

Influencer will also be releasing its mobile app, which “allows brands and content creators to create meaningful relationships in a way that has never been seen before”, said Co-Founder and CEO Ben Jeffries.

Their backing validates our proposition and will enable us to now significantly scale our offering globally and continue to solve the problems currently facing brands and creators.”
