Influencer 50 is back for 2019 to celebrate and recognise the year’s most influential and inspiring individuals that are driving the influencer marketing industry forward, as voted for by peers, clients and industry insiders.
This time around, we’re looking to showcase 50 exceptional candidates from across the globe that have really made a difference to the influencer marketing industry in the last 12 months – whether that’s by implementing a smart piece of technology, driving a campaign that’s changed the way people view the industry or inspiring positive action to overcome key challenges. They should demonstrate expertise, leadership, innovation, and creativity, and champion influencer marketing.
This year, we are also highlighting the rising stars – those who are new to the industry and have challenged the influencer marketing industry with their fresh ideas and creativity.
Your chance to nominate
We encourage companies or representatives to nominate those who they think have made a significant difference. All entries will be assessed based on the reasons outlined in the submission form so make sure you include specific evidence of how that individual has helped change or shape the industry.
Please note, candidates cannot nominate themselves to be featured in the list. Just to clarify, those who made the list in 2018 can also be nominated for 2019. We would really like to see those from various regions across the world represented.
Nominations are open until midnight (BST) September 2.
It is always a tough job narrowing it down but the internal team at Talking Influence and PerformanceIN will be judging your nominations to decide the 50 candidates that will make the cut. Keep your eyes peeled for the final Influencer 50 list, which will be published during September.
What last year’s shortlisted say
“It was wonderful being featured on the Influencer 50 list last year and since then we have been working on multiple new avenues at Hachi Digital. We’ve carved a targeted niche in the industry and made a lot of great connections at Talking Influence. Based on the list of industry players we were nominated in, we actually created a really fantastic event Bad Influence. This has enabled us to keep up to date with the current industry trends, keep ahead of the curve and build our content strategy out for Europe,” said Kaya Cheshire, founder of Hachi Digital.
“It’s my privilege to be on the Influencer 50 list. I feel that this recognition was not made to me as a man but to all HypeAuditor team. We aim to make influencer marketing transparent, fair, and effective and this listing confirms that we are on the right track and industry professionals recognise the importance of our efforts,” said Alexander Frolov, founder of HypeAuditor.
“Being named as one of the Influencer 50 in 2018, in a list that includes incredibly talented global entrepreneurs was a huge honour and meant a lot to me. We’ve all worked incredibly hard to earn respect for an industry we are passionate about; it’s something that feels truly earned. It’s going to be really exciting to see the 2019 list! I can’t wait to see the talent shaping our industry’s new media,” said Ana Thorsdottir, head of influencer strategy UK and WW at MediaCom.
“Having always been the entrepreneurial type, I’ve worked hard over the past few years towards my passion for growing and uniting the influencer marketing space. Being included in the Influencer 50 and knowing that my industry peers have nominated me and have faith in my expertise and leadership gives me the confidence to continue to strive for great things within the industry,” commented Ben Jeffries, CEO and co-founder at Influencer.
