Influencer ranking, discovery and AI-driven analytics form Deep Social has announced that the company is permanently discontinuing their service and are commencing a winding down process of the company, according to an official statement from the team.
Founded in 2017, the company delivered data that helps brands choose the influencers they work with and provides insights into audience data, influencer ranking and identification. The company’s clients included Amazon, Disney, Unilever and L’Oreal.

In a statement by the company, the team stated that the news “comes to a shock to us too! Facebook and Instagram have revoked Deep Social’s license and authorisation to use the Instagram platform and are threatening legal action, which left the company with no choice but to start winding down,”
With 38,441 customers, the company states that unfortunately, no refunds or credits will be offered to its clients.
